Furniture FAQs

  • Our furniture comes shipped to you partially pre-assembled, however there is typically a small amount of final assembly to be done on site. The amount varies from model to model. But don’t worry, you’ll have detailed instructions and hand tools included to help you!

  • Our furniture is designed to be simple to assemble using basic hand tools. However, certain models like our SC01 table will require you to install a large glass surface on top of the frame, so we recommend you get the appropriate help. Always take the necessary precautions as indicated in our installation manual.

  • No, we do not offer installation however we would happy to advise or assist you with sourcing a third party installer.

  • Yes, you can. Please email us to explore options.

  • All of our furniture is conveniently packaged and shipped in cardboard boxes when possible. In the case of the SC01 table, a crate is required for the glass top.

  • Yes, we do! Get in touch once you’ve placed your order and we will arrange for local pick-up form our warehouse in Montreal.

  • 5-year limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty guide for more information.

Soundscape Elite FAQs

  • As with all of our furniture, we use extruded aluminum as the primary structural material in all Soundscape models. Elite utilises premium acoustical fibreglass panels and acoustical maharam fabrics, 12.5mm acoustical laminated safety glass and insulated steel exterior panels.

  • Soundscape Elite booths deliver industry leading acoustics and ventilation, and are built to a higher performance standard and overall complexity in order to achieve these figures. This translates to a more comprehensive installation process as well increased price. Elite booths provide a minimum of 39Db of noise reduction.

    Soundscape Lite offers you many of the same features, however they were specifically designed to offer you a more cost effective privacy solution. This translates to a booth which is both cheaper and easier to install due to the use of thinner acoustical laminated glass and a different layering of acoustical materials within the walls. Lite booths provide a minimum of 32Db of noise reduction.

    Both Elite and Lite offer 24/7 ventilation, premium finishing and above average performance compared to their respective counterparts in the privacy booth market.

  • All Soundscape booths offer a dimmable LED light and 24/7 air ventilation as standard. This means that every time you enter your booths the air is fresh, not stale, and you can adjust the lighting to suit your needs.

     

  • We currently do no offer furniture for the Soundscape Elite Booths. Don't worry, it's coming...

  • We absolutely recommend having your booth installed by a team of professional installers. The installation process is intuitive but relatively complex and requires the correct tools and equipment to ensure proper assembly and to avoid possible injury.

  • Yes, it is possible to relocate your booth once it is fully assembled. If you intend to move the unit within a 10ft radius, carefully push it to its new location ensuring there are no obstructions on the floor. If you need to displace the unit even further, we recommend you purchase our lifting jack kit to avoid potential damage to your booth or surrounding environment.

  • Soundscape Elite guarantees a minimum of 39Db of sound reduction across all models.

  • Choose from two exterior powder coat colours and up to 24 interior fabric colours. If you'd like to add privacy film to the glass or explore adding logos and decals to the exterior of your booth, please contact us and we will help you configure your booth accordingly.

  • We quote 6-8 weeks delivery.

  • Yes, all of our booths are designed to be connected to a buildings emergency sprinkler system if needed. Simply specify this feature when configuring your booth.

     

  • As standard they are not ADA compliant. However, modifications can be made to accommodate wheelchairs on larger models like the Soundscape 4 and 6.
