Order Processing & Shipping Time
- All items are made to order and will be ready to ship 3-6 weeks after purchase.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
Shipping Methods & Costs
- We offer flat rate shipping for each model and prices will be displayed at checkout.
- We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
- White-glove delivery options may be available upon request (extra fees apply).
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes—please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any damage occurs during shipping, report it within 48 hours with photos.
- If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us ASAP—address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

- While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, unexpected delays (such as supply chain issues or carrier disruptions) may occur.
